DO WE NEED TO STAY HEALTHY?

Being healthy is a very important thing that every single body must be.I do believe that health is wealth,do you believe it too?Well all of us should believe this phrase,simple but full of meaning.Did you asked already to your self if you can go on with life not being a healthy person?can you make your good decisions,or even building your own home of success..
As of now,our mother earth experience diff.diseases,which are very dangerous to as humans.As time goes by,diff. lifestyle diseases are approaching,w/c largely affects the health of every countrymen.Hence,no one is exempted,there is possibility,that even a physically healthy person could be took by these lifestyle diseases.Like today,the most popular and well talked disease that spreads in the entire world,is the swine flu or mostly known as influenza pandemic A(H1N1).We're all alarmed about this disease,hence the dept. of health,produced diff. precautions or ways on how to prevent this disease.There were so many victims,so others thought that it should not be spread anymore.To prevent is better than to cure.
But how can we prevent these lifestyle diseases?In what particular and effective way must than?this current month of july is the nutrition month celebration.In this event,there are many diff. activities w/c are involved about nutrition.Like,oratorical contest,nutri quiz,nutri jingle,mural painting,poster slogan making,food and cook festival,in w/c the students shown and discovered their unique talents and also experiencing being businee personnels in w/c the ability of an individual to interact with other people was also centralized in this celebration.This event is governed by the theme "WASTONG NUTRISYON KAILANGAN,LIFESTYLE DISEASES IWASAN".Proper nutrition is one of the m ost important way to prevent lifestyle diseases.We should not just eat any food if we don't have enough information about the food you will take in.Mostly today,people are being enjoyed eating junk foods althouh it is bad to our body.It is better and saftier to eat vegetables and fruits because these are rich in vitamins and minerals w/c are needed by our body to become strong and healthy.We must follow the basic patterns of foods the GO,GROW,GLOW FOODS or what we call the food pyramid.Let us make our body healthy because we can't live happier and saftier.Health is the most important wealth a man can have.Being a healthy person is
